BioSally Sparrow once found a message on a wall of an old house, underneath the torn wallpaper, dated 1969, that was addressed to her.
Don't blink.
This led to a wild and crazy adventure where she had conversations with DVD Easter Eggs, got a letter and photographs from her best friend's grandson (her best friend was her age. The grandson was older than her.), and managed to send a police box that was bigger on the inside back in time, inadvertently defeating four beings who would've killed her in the process.
Don't look away. Don't turn your back. And whatever you do, don't blink.
Now she runs a shop with her best friend's brother, Larry Nightingale. Sparrow and Nightingale. She delivered her information on the whole episode with the Weeping Angels to the Doctor, the one who'd helped her fix everything even though he was in 1969, before he'd experienced it, thus ensuring that the messages would all be there, in her past. Maybe she's falling a little in love with Larry, but it's a process. Nothing to rush. They've got time, after all.
